TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SALE OF GOODS
The sellers are not the manufacturers of the goods. The goods are sold with all warranties (if any) issued by the manufacturers and based upon the fact that the manufacturers only manufacture goods of merchantable quality, the goods are transmitted without examination by the seller upon the basis that any lack of merchantable quality is a matter between the buyer and the manufacturer.
SHORTAGES / OBJECTIONS
Any claim in respect of damaged goods or shortages on delivery must be made in writing to reach the seller within seven days of delivery.
REFUND POLICY
If you decide that you no longer require goods received, we are happy to receive them back within fourteen days of purchase. The goods must be in their original condition and in an undamaged, unfitted or unused state. Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund you the cost of the goods within 48 hours less incurred delivery charges upon approval from our quality control department. If items are deemed of non-merchantable quality, we reserve the right refuse refund. On returned items, there will be a 10% handling fee. You will need to notify us in writing with full details before a refund can be initiated. If you cannot send the goods back, we can collect on your behalf for a small charge.
PAYMENT
All goods remain the property of the seller until paid for. Payment by internet banking shall be deemed payment upon clearance through the buyer's bank.
REFUSAL TO SUPPLY
The management reserve the right to refuse the sale of goods without prior explanation.
SUPPLY OF GOODS
Goods are sold and supplied on the condition that they may be sold, offered or used upon the terms of the business arrangements and conditions of license imposed by the manufacturers.
PRICING
Prices are at all times subject to change and, irrespective of any quoted prices in any format of the sellers, goods will be charged at prices applicable for the goods ordered at the date of dispatch. Prices shown include V.A.T. at the current rate.
DELIVERY CHARGES
The management reserve the right to amend carriage charges without prior notification. Delivery prices shown are for all UK areas, including Highlands and Islands and "Far to Reach" regions, which are shown at the point of sale. We are happy to accept orders from counties outside the UK where will can contact you with current prices for your order/enquiry.
ORDERS
The management does not accept responsibility for lost orders over the internet, nor non-delivery of goods via courier.
CONDITIONS
The management reserve the right to amend these conditions at any time without prior notice.

We treat data protection seriously and responsibly when handling your personal data. Our staff go to great lengths to ensure that only necessary information is recorded from our customers which are held securely and only used where necessary. We never sell your data to third parties. In order to receive a sucessful delivery, we may need to pass on certain details to our GDPR compliant delivery couriers, such as name, address and contact number.
